Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Roczar Health of America Inc., doing business as DoctorsDirect, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through the Platform. It should be conspicuously linked wherever personal information is collected. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy separately addresses consumer health data governed by state law.

1. Information We Collect

• Identifiers and contact data, including name, date of birth, address, email, telephone, account credentials, and verification identifiers.
• Transaction and payment data, including services purchased, billing details, status, refunds, and limited processor-supplied card data.
• Health and service-request information, including symptoms, history, medications, allergies, requested services, documents, images, and Provider communications.
• Internet, device, usage, cookie, approximate location, crash, and log information.
• Precise location, camera, microphone, photos, files, or contacts only when enabled or affirmatively provided.
• Communications, legally permitted recordings, support requests, surveys, feedback, and derived information used for non-clinical Platform operations.

2. Sources

We collect information from you; an authorized parent, guardian, caregiver, employer, travel-assistance company, membership sponsor, or payer; devices and cookies; Providers; payment processors; service partners; identity-verification and analytics vendors; and other parties involved in a requested transaction.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure the Platform; create and manage accounts; coordinate services; communicate; process payments and refunds; verify identity and authority; prevent fraud; comply with law; respond to process; investigate incidents; improve products and workflows; conduct internal analytics; and market where permitted.

DoctorsDirect does not use identifiable health information to train general-purpose AI models or permit a third-party AI provider to use it for independent model training without separate express consent or another lawful basis. Optional research, recording, sponsor disclosure, advertising, or data-combination activities requiring consent will use a separate, specific consent rather than bundled acceptance.

4. How We Disclose Information

• Providers and service partners as needed to evaluate, schedule, deliver, and support requested services.
• Processors and vendors for hosting, security, communications, payment, analytics, support, identity verification, and document handling under appropriate restrictions.
• Employers, travel-assistance companies, membership sponsors, or other payers only as authorized, necessary to administer the program or transaction, or otherwise legally permitted.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financing sources, and transaction counterparties under confidentiality protections.
• Governmental authorities or others when legally required or reasonably necessary for rights, safety, security, or fraud prevention.
• Parties to a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or asset transfer, subject to applicable law.
• Others with your consent or direction.

We do not sell health information for monetary consideration and do not use health information for targeted advertising. We do not make eligibility decisions for insurance, employment, credit, or housing.

5. HIPAA and Other Health Privacy Laws

HIPAA applicability depends on the role in which information is created or maintained. Some Providers are HIPAA covered entities and issue their own notices. DoctorsDirect may act as a business associate under a written agreement in some contexts; other Platform information may be governed by consumer-protection, privacy, and breach-notification laws rather than HIPAA. Information not governed by HIPAA remains protected under applicable law and contract.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and vendors may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and local storage for necessary functions, security, preferences, performance, analytics, and, where legally permitted and consented to, advertising. Consent tools and browser settings may be used to manage optional technologies. Where required, we recognize legally sufficient opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the browser or device sending the signal.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, recordkeeping, disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement. Periods vary by data type and relationship. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children and Minors

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and children may not create accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent. An authorized parent or guardian may provide information about a minor to arrange care, subject to Provider and state-law requirements.

9. State Privacy, Security, and Breach-Notification Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information; learn about collection and disclosure; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to verification and exceptions.

Consumer-request rights may arise under comprehensive privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Separate consumer health data rights may arise under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada consumer health data law. Security and breach-notification duties may arise under laws including the New York SHIELD Act. Where a law provides greater protection, it controls.

Submit requests or appeals to privacy@doctorsdirect.health. We do not discriminate for exercising a right. Authorized agents may act where permitted, subject to proof and verification.

10. California Notice

The categories described above generally correspond to identifiers, customer records, protected classifications voluntarily provided, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, geolocation, audio or visual information, professional information where relevant, sensitive personal information, and inferences. We collect, use, retain, and disclose these categories for the purposes stated above. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger a right to limit, except as disclosed at collection.

11. Biometric and Voice Information

Where recordings, voiceprints, facial geometry, or other regulated biometric identifiers are collected, we will provide legally required notice and consent, use the information only for the disclosed purpose, and retain and destroy it under an applicable published schedule. We do not sell biometric identifiers.

12. International Access

The Platform is operated from the United States. Information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States, subject to applicable law and required transfer mechanisms.

13. Changes and Contact
